You have a project you're working towards. This can be one performance or a series of performances that you need a specific line up of musicians or instruments for to complete your band/orchestra.
Projects like these usually have a main act such as a singer, DJ or solo instrumentalist for which you need a group of musicians for; to accompany the main act & bring their music to life in front of fans.
